In this special HeartMath Intensive, you’ll become both a certified HeartMath® Coach and a certified HeartMath® Trainer.
- HeartMath® Coach & Mentor Training
This program, called the Building Personal Resilience program, equips you with scientifically validated tools to coach individuals and small groups. You’ll learn how to deliver powerful HeartMath techniques in one-on-one and small group settings, helping clients develop resilience and emotional regulation.
- HeartMath® Trainer Certification
